What We Stand For

At USP, we commit to providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating Islamic learning environment that enables students to achieve their maximum educational potential and prepare them for their future. We are committed to creating an environment in which every individual feels welcome and enjoy what they do. This includes students, parents, teachers, guests, and administrators. At USP, the pervading culture enables students, families and educators to work together to develop, live and contribute to a shared school vision.

Class Grades and Studies

Pre-kindergarten is a classroom-based preschool program for children below the age of five. Pre-kindergarten plays an important role in early childhood education. Within the year, we teach students the beginnings of English, Math, Islamic and Quran studies.

As part of the K-12 educational system,  children begin kindergarten at age 5 and attend for one year before going into 1st grade. Students learn to read, write, and solve math problems inlcuding addition and subtraction.

At USP, our educational programs continues up to the 6th grade, the final year of elementary schooling. Within these years, we teach our students to help them develop academic excellence, intellectual and cultural competence, and emphasizing creative problem-solving and experiential learning.

Our website provides a wealth of insight into our philosophy, programs, and academics, with resources that serve the information needs of our extended community, including prospective students, parents, and donors. We hope that our site will begin a dialogue with you, and we urge you to contact us if you’d like to receive more information about any aspect of our school.
